Caregivers
Caregivers assist individuals who have difficulty performing basic day-to-day activities, for example, the elderly, disabled persons, or people suffering from chronic or mental disorders. A caregiver's duties include assisting with personal care, administering medication, and providing companionship.
We specialize in full time employment; however, occasionally we provide short shifts care. Our caregiver shifts could be:
-
HOURLY. You begin at the specific time and finish at the specific time. You work number of hours assigned and keep your time log.
-
NIGHT TIME CAREGIVER. You spend the night at the client's place starting at the specific time and leaving at the specific time in the morning. This type of work is considered a "sleeping shift", meaning you can get rest; power, should the client call, you need to attend. The compensation is a flat rate per this types of the shifts.
-
LIVE IN CAREGIVER. The caregiver lives in a Cleint's home 24/7 and is given separate private sleeping accommodation. Caregiver may choose to stay out of Cleint's home on their off days. Room and boards are at no cost for a caregiver. The compensation is a flat fee and is calculated according to the workload.
