Delayed Release Capsule: Keep out of reach of children. Consult a health care practicitioner prior to use if you have diabetes, have pancreatitis, pancreatic exocrine insufficiency or cystic fibrosis, have a liver disorder, are taking diuretics or anticoagulants/blood thinners, have renal insufficiency, suffer from edema, peptic ulcers, hemophilia (or other bleeding disorders), are having surgery, or taking prescription medications as the product may interfere with the metabolism of certain drugs.

Known Adverse Reactions: Immediate Release Capsule: Hypersensitivity/allergy has been known to occur, in which case discontinue use. Nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea have been known to occur, in which case discontinue use (and consult a health care practitioner).
Delayed Release Capsule: Hypersensitivity/allergy has been known to occur, in which case discontinue use. Nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain/epigastric paint and/or heartburn have been known to occur, in which case discontinue use.

Contraindications: Immediate Release Capsule: Do not use this product if you suffer from endometriosis or estrogen-dependent cancers, are allergic to anethole or plants of the Apiaceae/Carrot family, or are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Delayed Release Capsule: Do not use this product if you are sensitive to pancreatic enzymes, suffer from endometriosis or estrogen-dependent cancers, are allergic to anethole or plants of the Apiaceae/Carrot family, are allergic/hypersensitive to bee-products or pollen, or are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Adults: 1 serving 3 times per day. Take two rounded teaspoons (one serving) three times per day with food/meal and 2 hours before or after taking other medications. Mix with at least 60 ml of liquid (water, milk, fruit juice or similar aqueous beverage). Stir briskly and drink immediately. Maintain adequate fluid intake. Effects observed 12-24 hours after first dose, and may take 2-3 days.

Cautions and Warnings: Keep out of reach of children. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms worsen or if laxative effect does not occur within seven days. Consult a health care practitioner immediately if you experience chest pain, vomiting, or difficulty in swallowing or breathing after taking this product. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking medications which inhibit peristaltic movement (e.g. opioids, loperamide), have symptoms such as abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting or fever (as these could be signs of abnormal constrictions of the gastrointestinal tract, diseases of the oesophagus and/or the superior opening of the stomach (cardia), potential or existing intestinal blockage, paralysis of the intestine, megacolon, faecal impaction, inflamed bowel or appendicitis), have a gastrointestinal lesion/ulcer, are taking an anticoagulant/blood thinner or an anti-inflammatory, are having surgery, or are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Keep in a cool dry place. Do not expose to excessive heat or direct sunlight.
Adults: Take 1-3 capsules once daily, at bedtime. Drink at least 1893 ml of water throughout the day for best results. Allow at least 6 to 12 hours for laxative effect to occur. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or health products. Take two to three times per week. If results are not observed, the frequency of use may be increased up to once daily. Be sure to follow label instructions.

Caution: Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use if you have abnormal constrictions of the gastrointestinal tract, potential or existing intestinal blockage, atonic bowel, appendicitis, inflammatory colon disease such as Crohn’s disease or ulcerative colitis, abdominal pain of unknown origin, undiagnosed rectal bleeding, severe dehydration with depleted water or electrolytes or diarrhea. Rare cases of severe allergic reactions have been known to occur; do not use if you are allergic to anethole or plants of the Apiaceae/Carrot family or plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae/Daisy family. If you have heart disease, high or low blood pressure, kidney or liver disorder, diabetes or edema (swelling of hands, face, and feet) or are taking products containing diuretics, corticosteroids, licorice root or other medications or health products which may aggravate electrolyte imbalance, do not use.
